Where is Whatcom Dream located?
Our office is in a house in the Roosevelt neighborhood (2303 Moore St) in Bellingham. Class locations vary.  Go to course information for details. Is The Whatcom Dream a religious organization?
The Whatcom Dream is a Christian based nonprofit organization.  The Whatcom Dream supports and accepts people from all backgrounds and religious perspectives.  Our 12-week programs content focuses on financial literacy.  We uphold Christian values but refrain from any religious lecturing whatsoever.  We honor religious privacy and refrain from leading religious discussion.  We seek to accept people just as they are and to help them learn to live within their means.

What are the graduation requirements?
To graduate you must attend 9 of the 12 scheduled class sessions, complete a financial goals worksheet, make a true core values model and create a realistic budget.

What are the benefits of graduating?
After completing the course you will receive a Certificate of Completion.   Many graduates find it beneficial to add The Whatcom Dream to their resumes.  The greatest benefits are the relationships that are developed, usable knowledge and mentorship opportunities.

What are the learning objectives?
In The Whatcom Dream 12-week course you will learn:
•      To live within your means
•      To properly insure yourself
•      To set and reach financial goals
•      To spend your money according to your true core values
•      You will experience hope that you really can reach your dreams!

Are there accommodations for people with disabilities at all the classes?
Yes, our Roosevelt class location (2303 Moore St, Bellingham) is fully wheelchair accessible.  At the time of registration please let us know if you need any accommodations.

How much does the 12-week class cost?
The fee for our 12 week course is $60.00 per individual or $100.00 per couple. The Whatcom Dream provides all materials needed. You just bring YOU!

Who is eligible to come to the class?
Our class is open to anyone who is interested in learning more about how to live a sustainable lifestyle through fiscal responsibility.
